The location was good, though the entrance is narrow for a traveller bus. We went with a travel agent, so I can’t really comment on the service. The hotel itself was OK.

I couldn’t sleep after someone knocked on the door in the middle of the night. It didn’t feel safe at all, especially for women. The stay was horrible. It seemed haunted, or maybe there was a thief.

The room was okay for the price, and the food was amazing. Most of the staff were really nice, though one guy whose name I don’t know was very rude. Overall, I had a good experience.

The room they finally moved us to still had dirty patches everywhere. The first room had a hole in the door, and when I pointed it out, the staff member just ignored me. After two hours of arguing, they eventually gave us another room. The rooms and bathrooms were covered in dirty patches, and the room service was extremely bad. A very bad experience.

The reception staff were rude, and the morning breakfast was more than pathetic. In rooms 144 and 213, neither the AC nor the TV ever worked. This hotel has lost all its reputation. I wouldn’t stay here even for free.
