The room was okay, but it didn't feel worth 1500. The bathroom wasn't clean, and there was no soap or towel. I had agreed with reception on four extra hours for Rs.1800 for an AC room, but the next day they asked for 3000 total, then said 2000 would do. The person I had spoken with never answered my calls. I had a horrible experience. Make sure any deal is discussed or written down.

Inside the hotel it was quiet after check-in, and the staff were kind and well trained. Check-in and checkout were smooth, so our stay was excellent. We didn't order any food, so I can't comment on that. The location isn't ideal, with a liquor shop beside the hotel, though once you're inside it's not a major issue. One of Bilaspur's better choices for couples.
The food costs a lot for how it tastes. More seriously, eating at their restaurant left my stomach badly upset, and my health got worse the next day. I wouldn't eat there again.
My booking included breakfast, but although the staff said they'd send it to the room, nothing arrived. The AC was set to 17 and ran all night without cooling, so I sweated through the night. I had booked two days, but was made to leave after one because they said no rooms were available. It was a harassing stay, with several problems and no solutions. The staff behaved well, but I still had to check out and book another hotel for the second night.
