Tulips Villa

After I paid and got confirmation for a night's villa stay, I contacted the caretaker to discuss the details. Instead, they asked me to cancel my booking and pay them directly at the villa. They said it was already booked because of technical issues, and offered alternative rooms. The sudden change left me feeling frustrated and deceived. Asking guests to cancel and pay directly without a valid reason is highly unprofessional. I expect honesty, transparency, and professionalism from hotel staff, but this fell far short. My unpleasant encounter with the hotel's caretaker raises concerns about the management and integrity of the place. Potential guests should be cautious.

They cancelled my booking at the last minute and blamed the travel agent. The owner said the villa was under maintenance, but it was available the very next day for a higher price. I had booked three weeks before my trip, so it's obvious why they did it. The service was very poor, their behavior inappropriate, and the whole experience was awful. They just want money. They're cheaters.

We had a wonderful one night stay at Tulips villa and made unforgettable memories. It was a pleasant place, with clean, well serviced rooms. Thank you, team!

The pictures make it look like a lovely villa, but what you get is more like a resort room. The pool wasn't clean, and hygiene overall was poor. Please don't trust those photos.
