Misty Meadows

Shekhar ji and the Misty Meadows team made my parents' 40th anniversary really memorable. I live away from them for work, so I wanted to plan a little surprise. Communication with Shekhar ji was easy, and he and his team decorated the place and set up a lovely candlelight dinner. Those thoughtful touches can stay with someone for a long time. Thank you, Misty Meadows team!

Breakfast had just poha and upma, with no variety or much effort, and there was a dead fly near the menu. The restaurant was dark enough to look closed. The pool water was dirty too. In the room, even a basic dental kit was missing, and nobody answered calls for room service. I found the hygiene and service deeply disappointing, and wouldn't recommend staying here.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with a great range of food, and the resort hotel's pool was well maintained. The room itself was only okay, though, and didn't feel very clean or cared for. There were ketchup packets left lying around when we checked in, and lots of mosquitoes. The Mortein refill was empty, and staff brought another only after we called twice.

The Jacuzzi and pool were nice, but the place needs upkeep and better service for what they charge. Nothing else really stood out.
