My wife and I spent two nights here and came away feeling refreshed and relaxed. The staff were so friendly, with Jeevan Rana (Duty Manager) and the whole team keeping an eye on every detail and maintaining the place so well. The location, service, and cleanliness were great, and both the property and food were up to the mark. We’ll surely be back soon.
The watermelon juice was the highlight for me 🙂🙂. We also found the hotel peaceful, with an outdoor seating area where we could relax, and it was very close to the centre. Our room was clean and spacious, and everything came at a very reasonable price. We were warmly welcomed, and the staff were very helpful. We had a very good stay.
The hospitality is what earned this place five stars from me. The manager and other workers were soft-spoken and helpful, and the food was very good too. The property is spacious, with plenty of parking near Bir's main road. The rooms feel a little old, and the bathrooms could use some upgrading, but the staff made the stay.
Mr. Sushil and Mr. Jivan made our stay awesome. The food was the best part, everything we tried from the menu was delicious. It’s one of the best places in Bir Billing for a vacation with family or friends, with spacious rooms and excellent service.
I've stayed here three times now, and never had to look elsewhere in Bir. This time, all 15 of us were comfortable. The rooms are great, the washrooms clean, and the location is ideal. A special mention to Mr Jeevan, the manager, who was understanding, helpful, and accommodating. Definitely a 10/10 recommendation.
