OYO 10103 Hotel Aviva

I had a pleasant stay. The rooms were neat and clean, with AC and free WiFi. Breakfast was included, though the choices were limited. I booked through Goibibo and got a good discount, so it was worth the price.

They served good food and the service was great. I did have a cold shower because nobody told me where the geyser switch was. Still, they put up with me when I was drunk and cleaned up the puke without charging a fine, so I can’t complain.

The booking through Oyo clearly included complimentary breakfast, but the hotel didn’t provide it. They also refused to accept my Oyo prepaid payment and said they wouldn’t give us a room if we paid through Oyo, even though we had a confirmed booking for me and my parents. The receptionist was exceptionally rude, and the rooms weren’t good either. In some rooms the AC didn’t work, and in one where it did cool, water fell inside the room. I’m utterly disappointed and will try to raise this with the consumer forum to get justice. I advise people not to book here.

The locality was okayish, and the staff were good and soft spoken. It’s an average hotel, though the rooms need improvement and the WiFi connection is too slow.
