We’ve been regular guests for eight years, which makes this recent stay especially disappointing. The property and location are still excellent, but service seemed to have declined a lot. Staff appeared overwhelmed, and the prompt, attentive, professional guest service we’ve come to associate with the property was missing. We waited nearly an hour for an extra bed, and food orders were mixed up or delayed. At first we weren’t given enough plates; when more finally arrived, they were dirty. In-room dining was another letdown. We asked for a slightly larger serving of dal for three people instead of two and were willing to pay extra, but the staff member taking our order was uncooperative and said it couldn’t be done. That felt inflexible and unlike the hospitality we expect. We’ve enjoyed staying here for years and sincerely hope these problems are temporary and management addresses them. We’d like to keep visiting and see the standards we’ve appreciated restored.

Mrs. Swati Dhuri made our stay extra special by helping arrange complimentary décor and a pastry for my husband’s birthday. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the celebration more memorable. We had a peaceful, relaxing staycation at “The Resort,” with a clean, spacious, comfortable room and a lovely ambiance. The food was delicious, and the hospitality was excellent. It was a refreshing, memorable visit, and we’d love to come back. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

Mr. Sheldon and Miss Manani helped us so much with coordination and arrangements that the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. We held our wedding event at this resort, and everything was well managed. The function turned out beautifully, with supportive, polite, professional staff throughout. I’d recommend the resort for weddings and other special events. It was one of our best and most memorable experiences.

The bird feeding was a lovely highlight, and we also enjoyed the serene high tea garden. The sea view was breathtaking, the pool was beautiful, and our room was lovely and well appointed. My family and I had a delightful stay, with outstanding cuisine at every meal. Miss Manani deserves special thanks for her professionalism and helpfulness, and several staff members went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The whole team was warm and dedicated, with genuine smiles and a very high standard of professionalism. We’ll recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues and look forward to coming back for more memories. Keep up the magnificent work, you have a truly special place here!
