The owner made us feel very welcome and was especially polite. I had a wonderful time here with all my friends, and we truly enjoyed the stay.

The best part for me was the family and the home-cooked food. Three generations of the Pathanias live here, and it's always lovely talking with them. Uday has hotel-quality rooms, with huge double beds, big windows, carpets, TVs, closets, and attached bathrooms with modern fittings. From the rooms you get wide views of the Bir countryside and gorgeous sunsets, while the attached terrace looks out over the mountains and forest. A very friendly place run by a fine Bir family.

The location and warm hospitality made our stay at Uday Homestay unforgettable, and the accommodation was cozy too. We had such a great experience that we're already planning to come back. Highly recommend it for a great stay in Udaipur.

It feels like home here, with a really warm atmosphere. The rooms are so good and the food is amazing. Definitely try the hot chocolate sandwiches, and the chai and coffee are amazing too.
