Hotel Trinetar Gardens

The staff at Hotel Trinetra Garden and Banquet were warm and attentive, and the team made sure we were comfortable. I’d recommend them. Trinetra Garden and Banquet also seems well suited to events, from weddings and birthdays to other gatherings. The banquet hall can accommodate 50 to 700 guests, with garden areas, in-house decor and catering, and cuisines ranging from North Indian to Continental. People also mention helpful staff, good amenities for a comfortable stay, a peaceful atmosphere, and plenty of parking.

The washrooms didn’t work for me, and the electrical switches are in poor condition. They’re coming out of the board, so please be careful if you’re travelling with kids. I also didn’t like the staff members’ attitude, which felt fake to me. I’d stayed here before and the staff and room condition were good then, but it isn’t like that every time.

The banquet halls are well managed for weddings and large functions, and the food was tasty with generally good service. Rooms are roomy and comfortable, there’s plenty of parking, and the staff were polite and helpful. The location near the highway and railway is convenient for events or a business stay in Jammu. Cleanliness and room upkeep weren’t consistent, though. The washrooms and linen sometimes need more attention, and room service can be slow.

The garden setting is nice, and there’s ample parking. It’s a decent budget hotel with spacious rooms and polite, helpful staff, suitable for functions or a short stay.
