The reception staff were helpful, but food delivery to the room took a long time. Rooms are compact and neat, fine for a day or two, though the price feels a bit high for the room. Workers slammed doors a lot, even at night, which was annoying. Parking is on the roadside since the hotel is on a semi-commercial street.

I've stayed here whenever I visit Agra for more than six years, and trust me, it's marvelous for families and couples. The customer care is five-star. The bedrooms, bathrooms and other amenities are clean, and room service and food quality are great too. Cleanliness is what stands out above everything else for me.

The rooms were spacious, clean and neat, but there were several issues during my one-night stay. There was no water in the bathroom in the morning, though the manager or caretaker fixed it promptly. Breakfast was very late and there was no choice except puri sabzi. They don't serve it before 9:30, and since we had to leave around 8 to 8:30, it only became available after repeated requests, around 9:15 to 9:20. I suppose they got it from outside. There was no complimentary water bottle at check-in either, and it was provided only after too much discussion, when it should have been given routinely. They need more breakfast options. Payment is limited to UPI or cash, no credit cards. There is no lift, so you have to take the stairs to the second floor.

The staff and service were spot on, and the actual place looks better than the online photos. Amazing stay for such an amazing tariff. I'd definitely recommend it.
