The location was peaceful, yet restaurants and attractions were conveniently close. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh homemade options every morning, and I appreciated the personal check-ins and useful local recommendations. Staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. This guest house exceeded my expectations. I'd gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere cozy, clean, and memorable.

The big draw is how close it is to the bodhi tree, and nearby places can cost a fortune. The people were as gentle and helpful as they could be, though don't expect royal treatment. There are some basic comforts to compromise on: loose taps with a few leaks, broken toilet covers, and water that's only room temperature, though it's called hot. If you're young and can manage a few ickies, this place is amazing. With kids or older people, give it a second thought.

For a single night, or a trip with friends, this is a great option for the location and available amenities. Sightseeing spots are within walking distance, the hotel is easy to reach, there's ample car parking, and the rooms are spacious and very cheap for the area. Staff are well behaved, supportive, and there's an in-house restaurant. But the rooms need renovation and aren't well maintained. The staff are polite but not very capable at handling situations, which the authorities should address. For a family trip, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
