The room shown on Oyo wasn't the one we found when we arrived, and its condition was really bad. This was Oyo's fault, but even after I raised the issue, they couldn't arrange another hotel for me. I requested a refund, and they kept about 80% as a cancellation charge. I'm unhappy with Oyo and am still trying to get the full amount back. After this experience, I don't want to use Oyo again. The service was very poor.

I couldn't find a single good point, even after trying hard. We left within an hour of checking in. The place in gaya was awful: dirty bedsheets and floor, a clogged toilet, a smelly room, no water, and no service. Avoid it.

I went there last year and couldn't book online through the Oyo website. I had to make the booking in person and pay more than the price shown online. The hotel was bad too, with no Wi-Fi, no cable TV, and poor water supply.

Staff were good and smart, and security was good too. The place and hotel were good, with fair value for money. But the bedsheet and toilet were dirty.
