The staff focused on the advance payment and spoke very rudely. The rooms were dirty and smelled bad, with broken bedside lockers and a stained, filthy washroom. The sheets were dirty and torn, too. There were lots of mosquitoes, but when I asked for a coil, they had one and still wouldn't give it to me. There was no hot water. Three of us had only two blankets, and when we asked for another, we were told to manage without one for the night and speak to the morning staff. We booked for five days and offered to pay extra for a mattress for our driver, but they wouldn't even let him use a little space in the ground floor hall, despite there being plenty of room. They had only put up a building and were taking advantage of people coming for Pooja. Otherwise, not even one person would go into this hotel. Very bad.
