We went on 31st December and the food was tasteless and badly prepared. The wait for our order was nearly 2 hours, and the staff gave us no proper updates. Service was painfully slow. For such a special day, that kind of mismanagement was unacceptable. It wasn’t worth the time or money, and I wouldn’t go back.

I wouldn’t recommend booking the hall for a function. The service was the worst: after the meal, we had to go to the toilet to wash our hands at the basin. Refills were slow, and they even refused to serve water.

The food is good, but service is super slow. The staff are really ignorant and not polite.

The seating and arrangements for our son’s birthday at Reyansh Pride Hotel were perfect, and the staff were very courteous. Every dish was delicious and well served. The manager gave us confidence and made sure everything went smoothly. The management exceeded our expectations. Truly one of the best places for an event like this!

Yesterday my brownie order was already late, and then the waiter put the chocolate down with an attitude. I recorded a video too. We weren’t trying to get anything without paying. The waiter was rude and didn’t seem to know how to serve food in a restaurant.
