Hotel Kaziranga Continental

We enjoyed staying at this hotel.

The service was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and the food is good. A nice, standard hotel in Bokakhat Assam town. Definitely recommend.

We went there two days ago, my sister, brother and I, and I can't think of anything positive to say. The manager and the rest of the staff seemed irresponsible about their work, and they run the place like a hostel. They eat according to their own choice, and room service costs extra. We've visited several other countries and every part of India, and I've never had service this horrible. They even argued with us when we asked about dinner. Words don't really cover what happened. I wouldn't suggest staying there, and if you want a pleasant vacation, just don't go.

The rooms are kept neat, and there are different room types to choose from depending on what you need. The place is just across from Bhokhaghat bus terminal, an easy walk away, and about 20km from Kaziranga park. It's a good option for families or bachelors. I liked the interior and hospitality. The food is good, though a little pricey, which is common for a restaurant. They could offer more variety.
