I’m following up on my earlier complaint about the reception support and behaviour. After I called several times, Mukesh eventually said he would arrange a call and gave me a restaurant number, but it couldn’t be reached. He later promised a callback, yet after around 30 minutes there was still no call or update. As a hotel guest, I expect basic help and respectful communication, whether I need food, water, assistance, or urgent support. Being ignored and given assurances that aren’t followed through is unacceptable. It gives the impression that guest concerns stop mattering once they check in, and this seriously harms the hotel’s reputation. I expect management to act promptly and provide a proper response and resolution.

The AC wasn’t working at my friend’s 25th wedding anniversary party on May 19, 2026, so we couldn’t enjoy the celebration. The AC is very bad.

The rooms had ventilation problems and smelled of liquor, cigarettes, and pesticide. The ACs didn’t work, there were seepage issues, and the bathrooms, especially the toilet, weren’t clean. I personally killed a cockroach on the bed. The staff were absolutely rubbish. Worst experience ever. If you’re travelling with family, especially women, please avoid.

Loft was good, but only on weekends. We visited on Thursday and there was no DJ or anything like that. Suresh is the one and only manager or owner, and the workers are all nice and polite, but his behaviour was rude. Everything else was good. The owner should keep an eye on the food.
