The meal was a huge letdown, and by the next morning I was vomiting and felt seriously ill. I believe I got food poisoning, and I was still suffering from it 4-5 days later. The poor food and hygiene made this a very bad experience. I hope management takes strict steps to improve food standards and safety. I'd gone to the restaurant around 3-4 days earlier with high hopes. I ordered coffee, vegetable soup, crispy chilli baby corn, and veg Hakka noodles. The coffee tasted very poor, and the soup was oddly thick, with completely raw, undercooked vegetables. The baby corn was hard, overly sweet, and didn't seem fresh. The noodles were oily, bland, and not properly cooked, with the vegetables undercooked too. They felt more like roadside chowmein.

The rooms are clean and well maintained, the hotel is in a good location, and the restaurant serves good food. I especially want to mention Parimal Santra at the restaurant. He's competent, friendly, and gave excellent service.

The service felt indifferent from start to finish. Staff didn't seem interested in serving us properly or checking how the meal was going. When we found a hair in our soup and told a staff member, he didn't apologize. My partner and I came for dinner, and the Chicken Kosha and laccha paratha were both only average. We expected much better, and we won't be back anytime soon.

Most things were decent, and honestly nothing was bad, but nothing else felt special. The Kulcha was the exception: it looked appealing, had a unique taste, and felt unlike the usual. Definitely worth trying.

The calm surroundings and elegant dining setup made it easy to unwind, and the food was amazing. I loved the vibe here. It made for a special experience and lovely memories.
