Oyo Premium Peelamedu Airport

I've been coming to this hotel for the last 12 years. It used to offer fantastic Bali massage, but that has stopped. The location is very good, though it's pricey: an ideal rate would be 2400-2750 including GST, while they charge anywhere from 4000-6500. Rooms are under renovation. Refuse rooms on the first floor. They stink and are seriously not liveable.

The food delivery situation was frustrating. Zomato deliveries weren't allowed upstairs, and staff said they'd bring the food, but after nearly 20 minutes my sister's child was still waiting for the meal we ordered. Breakfast the next morning was poor too: sour idly, only upma as a basic item, no dosa, and chapathi that was extremely hard. The buffet's variety and quality were far below expectations. There was also a strong, foul smell from a food waste cart right outside our room, making it unpleasant to enter. At check-in around 9 PM, the receptionist handled the ID check rudely and unprofessionally. Asking for ID is understandable, but the attitude made us uncomfortable from the start. I stayed at The Arcadia Hotel in Coimbatore yesterday with my wife and sister, and as a regular guest I found this especially disappointing. The stay fell well below the hotel's expected standards. Management needs to improve staff behaviour, hygiene near rooms, and food quality. I hope they take this seriously so future guests don't have the same experience.

The food was good, and it's a great place, but the interiors are under construction. On arrival, we found our room had been given to someone else. The person at reception told us to come upstairs and ran up the stairs; we noticed the room was on the 1st Floor and took the lift. Only the security guard made us feel welcome.

The rooms were neat, there was good food availability and choice, and I was completely satisfied with my stay. Most of all, every staff member was polite and their service was outstanding. I'd certainly recommend this place to stay.
