For a low price, you get a neat room with AC, TV, heater, and WiFi. The reception staff were nice too. One of the best hotels in Coimbatore for the money.

The building has three OYO properties, LOTUS, TULIP, and ROSE. My Oyo booking was cancelled with the explanation that the rooms were already sold out. When I asked about it, I was told to book somewhere else. If you book without paying online, they may deny check-in with various excuses.

Very bad hotel, I wasn't comfortable staying there. The bathroom wasn't clean and there was no towel. The front office gave wrong answers to my questions. I really didn't like this place and wouldn't stay here.

The bathroom was very smelly, and there were lots of mosquitoes and cockroaches. They hadn't changed the bedsheets or pillow cover, and there were no bath towels or shower gel. There was a cupboard, but with conditions like these, I wouldn't recommend it to families or couples. The worst situation I've ever encountered.

The hotel's service was terrible. A very bad hotel.
