I wanted a place for one night where I could relax, so I gave this homestay a try. I came away feeling peaceful. The food was awesome and homely, and the hospitality was great. The experience had a vintage feel. It was a lovely, calm stay, and I’d love to join their family again.

The rustic charm of the rooms and the whole fort made the stay special, while the washroom had modern tiles, a western toilet, hot and cold running water, enough towels, and toilet roll. The room was cleaned almost every day, and also when requested. Coffee, tea, and breakfast were included in the rent. Lunch and dinner could be ordered, and the lady of the house is an excellent cook. Breakfast included bread, butter, and jam alongside traditional North Indian food. She’s a gifted chef, with a knack for bringing flavor to dishes without making them too spicy. Wonderful hospitality, great food and drink, and a great stay. I’d come back to Mahansar Fort Heritage Hotel and recommend it without reservations.
