The building apparently shares one AC remote and one TV remote, and some of them don't work. This place isn't recommended for families. The next day we were told there'd be no complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi or other facilities. They took my phone and rated themselves on it. Their only motive seems to be taking customers' money, not providing the service or hospitality we expected. Confirm with OYO support before booking. First, don't book a room through OYO, since they don't provide the facilities or hospitality we needed or were promised. VERY VERY VERY BAD. After this, they may play a cheap trick by asking other customers to give good ratings, or by giving a positive rating themselves.

For a group of four, renting a whole apartment here worked really well. The rooms and balcony were very good, the location was nice and easy to find thanks to nearby signboards, and there were no power interruptions. The staff were kind and responsible. The kitchen was the one drawback. It was a really good stay, suitable for families and friends.

I've stayed at many OYOs and haven't seen one this unhygienic. The floors and towels were unclean, the toilets hadn't been cleaned properly, and the bedspreads looked like they were from the 90s. The pillows and cushions were in even worse condition. The rooms were absolutely filthy. OYO should look into this.

I expected better from OYO because I'd stayed in good OYO rooms in Bangalore, but this place completely changed my mind. The room wasn't cleaned, the bedsheet and pillow cover had been used, and the bath towel too. It smelled awful. There was no food service and no hotel nearby. This was a pathetic waste of money, and I don't recommend booking it. If you value your money, don't book this room. Even if they offer it for free, don't go. OYO managers, please visit and see the condition. Try to satisfy customers instead of disappointing us.

The night staff were unwelcoming and initially refused to give us more than one bathroom towel. The rooms and shared area were dusty, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. There's no shop nearby, and the hotel doesn't provide toothpaste or drinking water in the rooms. Bad service and no cleaning.
