The hotel is basic in terms of amenities, and the food options are limited. The owners could improve the lighting and ambience in the reception area and corridors. Still, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location is good for work in Coimbatore. I’d booked two nights, but personal reasons meant I had to leave on the first night. The receptionist politely asked once why I was leaving early, then explained the refund process for the balance in detail. He called a cab, and he and the room bearer loaded our luggage, all with smiles. That simplicity, honesty, and humility felt rare these days. I recommend the hotel for its location, cleanliness, and excellent staff. All the best, and do well.

After checkout we couldn’t find a cloakroom for our luggage, but the receptionist kindly offered to keep it for us. The staff were very polite and hospitable, which made our stay pleasant. The room was worth the money and met our expectations. Good value for the price and excellent support from the staff.

I arrived late at night and had to look for somewhere else to stay because the hotel said my reservation had been canceled. It was a pay-at-hotel booking, and on May 8 I’d sent them my arrival time, which they approved. No one told me the booking was canceled. The receptionist calmly said it was gone when I arrived. This was a big disappointment with both the hotel and Booking.com.
