The hotel looks nothing like the photos, so set your expectations according to the room rate. Still, my main needs were met: the AC worked, and I got hot water with good pressure. They also let me check in early, so I was satisfied. If I travel alone again and only need a place to leave my bags and rest briefly, I’d book it again.

The rooms were small and badly maintained, with a smoke smell and stinky towels. Nothing looked like the online pictures, and I was charged more than the price I booked. I called Fab Hotels customer care to reserve, and Aaysha offered a discount. I paid the advance and have an email receipt showing 2000, but when I arrived, that rate wasn’t reflected in their app. They charged me 2700. The manager was rude and told me to pay the full amount or leave. The person who booked it had promised help throughout the stay, but stopped answering calls and didn’t reply to WhatsApp messages. Terrible customer service and a terrible hotel.

A nice, cozy room at an affordable price, with what you need close by. The staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms were clean. Comfortable enough for a short visit or a one-day stay.

Neither the AC nor the fan was usable because both were extremely noisy, and there was no hot water during my stay. I’d booked and paid through Booking.com for a triple room with a double and a single bed. The hotel confirmed it ahead of time, but on arrival said there wasn’t one available. I had to take a smaller room and pay extra. Fab Hotel customer care was disappointing too. They answer quickly when you’re making a new reservation, but for problems with an existing booking they ignore you or leave you on hold indefinitely.

I’ve never had such a bad stay. The room was uncomfortable, dirty, and poorly maintained. Cleanliness, basic facilities, and comfort were all missing. Really disappointing and unacceptable.
