The room was spacious and good, and it's within walking distance of Coimbatore railway station. I had a good stay.

Very dirty. No hot water or bedsheet, and none of the charging points worked.

Terrible place. The bedsheet was dirty, there was no towel or hot water, the charging point didn't work, and the service was poor.

The location, opposite the cbe railway station, makes it easy to get around, and the room itself was clean and neat. I picked it after reading lots of positive reviews, but my stay was only average. There was no hot water in the bathroom in the morning. They said there was an issue and brought an immersion heater. The complimentary breakfast was good, but coconut chutney wasn't available because, they said, the chef was on leave that day. The rooms are highly priced, so these problems are hard to accept. At least they did arrange hot water and breakfast instead of refusing.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location is convenient from the railway station. I only stayed one day and didn't use the services. No toiletry kit was provided. The price is very high, about what you'd pay at a 3-star hotel, though I'd rate this place as average, around 2.
