Hareesh eventually helped us check in, but getting to that point was a terrible experience. The Oyo owner behaved very badly at check-in, kept us waiting outside for an hour, then asked us to cancel and rebook at a higher price. At checkout she also bargained over the amount and shouted at us. Oyo customer service didn't help either. After keeping me on hold for 15 minutes, senior executive Pooja disconnected the call, and another representative did the same. Nobody picked up for a long time. The worst Oyo experience ever.

The manager behaved very badly, and check-in was delayed. There was no proper reception, and the staff didn't know how check-in or the hotel worked. There was no water, and the restrooms weren't clean. There was no parking, so we had to leave the car on the roadside. They also charged an extra 500rs at check-in because I booked online.

My relatives stayed here last week and had a bitter experience. There was a shortage of water in the bathroom, a short circuit in the water heater, and cockroaches throughout the rooms. The owners behaved badly.

I had the worst experience here. You can't reach any staff after 11, and they don't provide drinking water; they ask you to pay for it. Don't arrive late, or you'll be left thirsty, since nobody is there after 11 to provide anything. This doesn't even deserve one star. If I could give negative stars, that would be better.
