Hotel Delite Palladium

There were 10 persons staying at Hotel Delight Palladium, and mr balram upadhayay was the receptionist. We had a disagreement over the bill because there was a huge gap between what was committed and what was delivered. We were very disappointed. Please recheck before staying here. A very bad, poor experience.

The city view from the room was ordinary, but the room itself was clean and nice, and the food was tasty. Hotel Delite Palladium is near the station, and check-in was smooth. They offer buffet breakfast and can arrange cars for local sightseeing or travel to Kanha. I'd recommend staying here.

We left at 12 p.m., only three hours after paying the full 4,200 rupees, and the hotel refused any refund or price reduction. We had asked for one because they couldn't fix the noise or hot water problems. The staff were polite, but their handling of it felt unprofessional and inconsiderate, and we had to find somewhere else to stay. Check-in at 9 a.m. was smooth and the pricing was clear. But just three hours into the booking, noise from a function started, and nobody had told us about it beforehand. I'm 5 months pregnant, so the loud noise was especially distressing. It was winter and there was no hot water. We were told to waste several buckets of water in the hope it might get slightly warm, which was unacceptable and environmentally unfriendly. The lack of empathy and basic amenities overshadowed the few things that had gone well.

The staff were helpful. One of them called me right away to return the T shirt I'd forgotten in the wardrobe. We stayed 1 night as a family and liked it. The rooms were clean, the service super quick, and the food very good. It's in the city area, so getting around is convenient. Recommended.
