OYO 72725 Sikkim Himalayan Residency

It’s peaceful here, and I really liked the place. The hotel is about 1.5 km beyond MG Marg. During the day, shuttle taxis can take you to MG Marg or the Vajra taxi stand for shared taxis, usually for 20 to 25 rupees. At night, though, you may have to walk back since shared taxis aren’t available. The rooms are large and very good, with glass-fronted windows and a great view. There’s a geyser available 24 hours, along with a washbasin and shower. Food is served from the top-floor kitchen, but you need to order ahead. The portions are generous and the food is really nice. If you’re in the cafeteria early in the morning, you can see the snow-covered peak of Kanchenjunga. The staff are kind-hearted and hospitable. It’s a budget hotel in Sikkim with very good service.
