The rooms and washrooms were in poor condition, and there's no in-house kitchen. I waited half an hour just to check in, with arrogant staff. Don't spend your time, money, or energy here.

We booked 10 rooms, but there was no hot water or intercom. No tissues, shop shampoo, body lotion, proper towels, napkins, or blankets either. There was no TV or internet, and service was very poor. The washroom taps leaked and the jet spray was faulty. Even though they offer a free stay, it hardly feels fit for staying. It's called a hotel, but looks more like a Dharmsala.

At the late night check-in, the rooms we had booked through MMT weren't available, leaving our customer stuck. The reception staff behaved very badly. Corporate companies, don't book here.

We held a group party for more than 50 people, and everyone enjoyed the arrangements. The banquet hall is large and set up well for a party, with speakers. Food was amazing, the staff and service were sweet and helpful, and they made sure things went smoothly. Rates were reasonable too.

The food was okay, though there are better spots in town for international cuisine. During my stay at hotel biznotel pride, I was treated with the same attention and respect as a regular business traveller. My room was clean and comfortable, with a great city view, and the staff were polite and friendly.
