The Hosteller Goa, Candolim

We booked dorm beds together as a group, but even though beds were available, we ended up split apart. That was inconvenient and poorly handled. The night manager's conduct was the biggest problem. He seemed intoxicated and spoke to guests rudely and abusively, using inappropriate language, including toward female guests. It made everyone feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Rather than sorting out problems, he created a hostile atmosphere. The hostel may have potential, but staff behavior, especially the night manager's, ruined our stay. Management needs to take guest safety, professionalism, and staff conduct seriously. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless things improve significantly.

The friendly, supportive staff made my stay memorable. The hostel has a lively atmosphere that works well for solo travelers and groups alike, and I felt very comfortable there.

We liked the vibe so much that we added two more days to our stay. It felt like home, and the staff treated us like friends, helping us at every step. Big thanks to Syed, Saif and Anam for making us feel so welcome. The hospitality, atmosphere, hygiene, and staff were all commendable. I highly recommend Hostellers Candolim, and I'm grateful they made our vacation so memorable! ❤️

The common areas were a real highlight, thoughtfully arranged and relaxed, with space to meet other travelers or have some quiet time. The hostel struck a nice balance between social and peaceful. Rooms were clean and looked after, with comfortable beds and good ventilation. It had a warm, welcoming feel from the moment I arrived. The staff were friendly, helpful, and ready to assist. Hostellers is a great choice if you want a clean place with a friendly hostel culture and good ambience. I'd recommend it and stay again.
