Arjun, the Manager, was hands-on and attentive, and Arafat was especially helpful with room service and made sure my parents were comfortable. Their warmth and professionalism made their stay memorable. They enjoyed the clean, comfortable, well-maintained rooms, the excellent pool and property, and a very good breakfast spread. The location and surrounding area added to the experience. I’d highly recommend it for a pleasant, hassle-free stay.

Thanks to him and everyone there for the hospitality. We hope to return. Treebo Kristal Sands Beach Resort was peaceful and comfortable, with well-kept rooms and a clean resort close to the beach. It worked really well for a relaxing trip with family and friends. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Goa who wants an easy, pleasant stay.

The beach is very accessible, and the rooms felt worth what I paid, with quality about what I’d expect from a 3-star place. The food didn’t feel worth its price, though, and breakfast was poor for that standard. Shower gel and body wash weren’t in the room; they brought them after I asked. I’d book a room without breakfast.

The room itself was decent and comfortable, and I thought the food was good, though quite expensive. But there was no hot water, the bathroom exhaust didn’t work properly, and no toiletries were provided. Room service was unresponsive, and the receptionist didn’t seem concerned when I raised the problems. Other basics were missing too: no landline in the room and no Wi-Fi. The swimming pool was under maintenance during my stay. The rooms and food were satisfactory, but the service and lack of amenities made the visit disappointing. Management needs to improve maintenance and customer service.
