The room was spacious and neat, parking was available, and the price was reasonable compared with other hotels. It’s an eight-minute drive from the lake, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. There wasn’t much of a view, and the power supply to rooms was cut at night. The sockets didn’t work for charging, there was only one light in the room, and whether the heater worked seemed to depend on luck. Power wasn’t guaranteed, and the hotel didn’t turn on the backup generator. When I asked about it, the reply was rude. They blamed the government for shortages, though I believe the cuts were deliberate. Phone network was nonexistent, so you had to travel half a kilometer to get a signal. Sometimes they accepted only cash, with no card or GPay.

I booked a Triple Deluxe Room with two separate beds for four people through Agoda two months ahead, but when we arrived the hotel wouldn’t honor the price and demanded extra payment. The room was in unacceptable shape: water dripped from the ceiling onto the bed all night, so we couldn’t sleep or stay comfortably. We only discovered the leak at night. There was no heater, and there were cockroaches on the bed. Breakfast was the only good part, but it didn’t make up for the pricing switch or poor maintenance. I checked out early.

The room and washroom were clean and looked after, and the complimentary breakfast was okay. But the power was switched off inside the room after 11 p.m., with only a small washroom light left on. Jio reception was limited, and the hotel Wi-Fi was so slow and unstable that it was no use. There was no staff available at night to answer the phone and sort out the power. There also wasn't a grocery shop or a proper place to pick up essentials within walking distance, so plan ahead.

We’ve come back to this very budget-friendly hotel twice. It’s a quiet place that worked well for our family, and the service was good. The rooms are large and clean, there’s a small play area for children, and the limited buffet breakfast was tasty. Lunch and dinner are available too, if you book ahead.
