The cleaning, breakfast, dinner, and bottled water were all okay, but the rooms and washrooms were a real letdown. We stayed for a week in different rooms, and I've stayed here many times before, so I know these fixtures have been worn out for a while. This doesn't feel like a three-star hotel. It seems aimed at corporate guests, and sometimes you have no other choice but to stay here. In the rooms, the bed was curved and felt full, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the intercom didn't work. I complained to reception and got no response. The wardrobe was dirty and smelled bad, and the white cloth on top of the mattress was very old. The washroom tiles had faded, the exhaust fan didn't work, and there was no toothbrush. Pipes, shower fittings, and other fixtures had salt deposits and algae. The hair dryer was old and rusty, and so was the mirror. The shower-cleaning dowel had turned gray from white. When I gargled, I felt the water might not be clean because I know the building's pipes are rusted. I'll update with photos the next time I go back.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and there's plenty of parking inside the hotel. It's close to Hosur bus stand, with courteous staff, room service, and reasonable prices.

We checked out on January 30, 2026, from room 1309. We paid seven thousand six hundred rupees in total for two rooms, but there was no shower water. There was no AC, the water heater was broken, and its button was broken too. The service was very dirty and poor. 😡👎

I was there for three nights. They cleaned the room every day and replaced the towels and linens, and the service was very good. The rooms themselves are average and could use a bit of improvement. The food was good, though the north Indian dishes could be better. Still, it was a good stay.

Breakfast and dinner were enjoyable, with dishes like Kesari, Idly, Vada, Uthappam, Poori, Pongal, Semiya, and Coffee. The restaurant staff were polite and attentive. I booked a Corporate Room, which was spacious, clean, and well-kept, and felt like good value for the money. A few things could be better: the towels and pillows had a slight odor, hot water flow was low, and tea, coffee, and toothbrushes were available only if requested. Road work out front was a minor inconvenience. It was a pleasant stay, and I'd stay here again when I'm in Hosur.
