I wouldn't recommend staying here. The room was dirty and unhygienic, there was no hot water, and even basic things like toothpaste weren't supplied. Staff communication was poor too. It wasn't a comfortable or refreshing stay.

After checking in, we found the TV wasn't working. When we asked, they said TATA SKY ISSUE EVERYWHERE. At 8:50pm they told us to look for another hotel. Worst experience.

There were rats and cockroaches in the room. They charged extra for early check-in, then put us in what felt like a store room.

The strong smell of 'HIT spray' was noticeable in both the rooms and veranda. One of the two rooms we booked had a broken bathroom door that wouldn't close. I told management, but got no clear explanation, and it was still being repaired when I checked out. Service was poor, and I had to go to the lobby every time just to call someone. I didn't get much of an experience here, and the rooms were a real disappointment.

The reception, lift, and walkway were clean. The rooms had a damp smell, though, and the washroom ceiling was covered in damp fungal growth. It didn't feel comfortable.
