The food was okay, and a couple of rooms had water issues, but the service was good overall. We were travelling with family, including babies and senior citizens, and found the rooms comfortable. The heaters worked properly, which helped a lot. Staff were cooperative and even helped load our luggage into the traveller parked some distance away.

We had a comfortable, pleasant stay, and the food was good too. One thing: the restaurant on the top floor should be cleaned after each meal.

The room changes kept us up until 2:00 AM after we checked in at 1:00 AM, then the receptionist started calling at 10:30 AM and rang us 10 times to push checkout. There was no apology, and the attitude was awful. It felt like money was all they cared about. We had booked two deluxe rooms. Both smelled strongly of cigarettes, the sheets were dirty, the old towels had holes, and there weren't any hand towels. There were also 3 or 4 lizards in our room, so anyone afraid of lizards should avoid this place. Worst experience ever. Stay away.

The location was great, and check-in went smoothly. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Service was excellent and it felt like good value for money. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

There are all kinds of food available at very low prices, and the location is very good. Our rooms were clean and nice, the service was good, and the whole staff was very good. One lady in particular had a really lovely nature. Thank you so much, everyone. I'd say go and enjoy it too.
