My experience at HOTEL COSY INN was very, very bad, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The staff were rude, especially AVIJIT DEY, who made a fake and false commitment while booking online over the phone. His behavior toward women was very bad. The room didn’t match the image AVIJIT DEY had sent. The staff were all drunk at night, and women aren’t secure in this hotel. Basic things like a toilet kit and water jug weren’t available, and the service boys behaved very badly.

We appreciated how outstanding the staff were and how well they looked after us. My only concern was the bedding in the standard room. The blanket had a noticeable, unpleasant smell. I hope management looks into it and cleans all the linens more thoroughly so guests can count on comfort and hygiene.

Digha beach is only 2 minute away, and it’s a great place to go with family. The hotel has clean rooms with working AC, clean washrooms, and good-tasting food. WiFi works on all floors, the telephones work, and staff are on duty 24 *7. They’re friendly and sweet, and will help if you ask. The reception staff also take your luggage up to your room. Best hotel.

The area is good and near the sea. The rooms are average, the toilet flush doesn’t work properly, and the food is OK. What you order isn’t made exactly as requested.

The room itself was clean, but the basin didn’t work and the bathroom latch was broken. You have to pay ₹40 at checkout, which is mandatory as per the West Bengal government. Booking online can get you a discount, while the offline price may be higher. I paid ₹750 online for one room, compared with an offline price of ₹1050.
