Hotel S P International Unit Mavis Group

They accepted my booking five days ahead through Make My Trip after listing a low price, then called on check-in day to cancel it. They need to honor bookings they’ve taken, and show customers basic courtesy.

I paid Rs. 5995 through GoIBIBO for two nights in what was sold as a deluxe room, and it felt like a complete waste. The room and toilet were dirty and smelled bad, the walls were damp from water seepage, and an electrical socket was broken. There were cockroaches and a wall lizard in the room, and the bathroom had no basic amenities. The TV channels weren't subscribed. S. P. International Lucknow was a terrible hotel.

I can’t remember the receptionist’s name, but she was supportive, kind, and had a lovely nature. The rest of the staff were also good to deal with, and the service was awesome. I had a great experience at SP international and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Mahi at reception made a real difference. She welcomed everyone with a smile, checked that customers were comfortable and looked after, and was both friendly and professional. Thanks for the excellent service.
