OYO 22638 Pranov Residency

I wasn’t expecting much at first, but it turned out really nice. The rooms feel much like home, with a hall, kitchen, and bedroom, plus a clean western bathroom. There’s AC, a TV, and residency 4G wifi network connection too. A good, safe place for families to stay.

The rooms are well maintained, the surroundings are clean, and the service is available and comfortable at all times. It’s budget friendly and gets the basic amenities right.

The staff were polite and the customer service was good. We had a comfortable stay and a wonderful experience, highly recommend.

I rarely write reviews, but the front desk experience made me regret choosing this hotel. The receptionist spoke in an arrogant, dismissive way from the moment I arrived, even treating basic questions like an annoyance. I felt talked down to instead of welcomed or helped, and that rude, unprofessional attitude spoiled my entire stay. A receptionist should help guests feel at ease. The hotel needs to retrain its front desk staff or replace them if it wants even a basic level of customer service.
