The food was tasty, hygienic, and offered a good range of choices. The resort had a calm, refreshing feel that suited a short family or friends’ getaway, and the location was peaceful with nature all around. Our clean, spacious rooms were well maintained. The staff were cooperative, respectful, and polite, and they responded promptly to requests. They took care of our needs from check-in through check-out, and their helpful warmth made the stay more comfortable.

We came for doljatra and found this beautiful, scenic place just right for two days of relaxing. It’s great for children, and a lovely spot if you enjoy your own company.

The location was good, and the rooms were average. Everything else made this the worst stay I’ve had. The service, food, and staff behavior were awful and outright rude. Even though the food service was supposed to be included under our booked package, we had to wait 35-50 minutes just for bottled drinking water. The food wasn’t properly cooked and had no taste. Whenever we asked for anything outside the package, all they did was ask for money. It felt as though we were unwelcome and forcing our stay, despite having paid. The food was overpriced, and a 1 litre bottle of water cost rs 7 above the MRP. I’d tell anyone planning to visit to cancel as soon as possible and find somewhere better. I urgently ask the owner to tell the employees, especially the male manager, to be more polite to guests instead of repeatedly asking for money.

A beautiful resort with excellent hospitality. The service was top-notch, the pool was well maintained, and the food was delicious. One of the best experiences I’ve had. The receptionist ma'am had a bright smile and was very beautiful. Most recommended.

The riverside setting and those beautiful sunsets made this a great escape from the city. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. I stayed at Neel Nirjaan Resort recently and came away more impressed than I expected. I’d recommend it for a relaxing break.
