Park Guest House

We were a group of 7 and left without having dinner. After sitting for around 5-10 minutes, we asked a waiter for the menu. Another 15-20 minutes passed, and nobody brought it or asked for our order. The staff and management seemed completely indifferent, as though they didn’t want to serve us. We went to another restaurant instead. That level of service and hospitality was really disappointing and unexpected.

The staff were well behaved, and both the room and washroom were clean, but the stay was still underwhelming and way overhyped. The bedding was the big problem. The sheets and blankets felt unhygienic. My room was extremely noisy because it was close to reception, the dining area and kitchen. It felt like trying to sleep at a railway station. Service was slow too, and I had to keep following up with staff for every little request.

The peaceful atmosphere made this place a pleasure, and the food was very good, both in quality and quantity. The staff were friendly too. I’ll visit again.

We stayed for two nights and found the rooms cozy and well looked after. The staff were friendly and quick to help, and the food was excellent. I’d definitely recommend this budget hotel.
