We ended up extending our stay to four nights so we could relax and enjoy the friendly atmosphere after the pressures of earlier travel. The family who run the hotel are genuinely enthusiastic about treating guests with respect, and they offered us a choice of rooms with different views. We preferred looking away from the palace, over the lake and up the hillside with battlement. The room was comfortable and had a kettle. Breakfast on the rooftop came with views of the surroundings, lake and palace. We used the composite ticket to see the palace and fort easily on foot. The owners speak excellent English and were invaluable in advising us about our onward journey. The hotel was ideally located for exploring all the sights of Bundi.

What a gem of a guest house. It’s charming, clean, easy to find, beautiful and comfortable. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the food is amazing. I have nothing critical to say. I’d recommend it 10/10, and hope you get to experience it yourself.

We booked Kasera Palace but were switched to the Heritage View. The room was basic but fine, and the shower was unusual but worked. Our room was at the back, so it was fairly quiet given where it was. The staff were friendly. They offered station pickup, found out our train had been cancelled before we did, then contacted us to let us know. That was good service.

The food was good, and everyone working there was friendly and ready to help. Our room looked out from the fort, and the whole place felt like home. I’m so glad we stayed here, it felt like heaven. Thanks a thousand times. I’d love to come back soon.

The service was great, and the rooms were clean. It’s in an ideal spot and a good choice if you want somewhere affordable while still keeping things clean. Thanks for a lovely stay!
