Comfort Inn Vilasa

The cab they arranged for local pickup and drop never showed at the agreed time, and the owner-driver didn’t respond to calls or messages. That whole episode disrupted my meeting with a business client. Breakfast was also a mess at 9am, with empty serving bowls and nothing refilled even after 15-20 minutes. When we asked, staff casually said it was being prepared and would come, but it didn’t. On top of that, staff were careless with guests and rude when I raised that I’d been given a king bed room instead of the selected twin room. Choosing this hotel was a bad experience.

The room wasn’t clean when I checked in: there was hair in the washroom, used sheets, and a dirty floor. It also badly needs maintenance. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you urgently need somewhere for the night and can’t sleep in your car.

It was a peaceful oasis right in the city, with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were especially warm and did more than expected to make us comfortable.

I was there for 3-4 days on official work. The rooms were generally good, but breakfast took over 30-40 minutes to arrive, and even ready-made items took 25-30 minutes. The restaurant staff member was rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. At reception, the woman was unhelpful and unethical, and spoke in an uneducated way. I called several times about customer issues, but they still weren’t addressed. Wouldn’t recommend.
