For Buxar, the location is quite good, and I had a good experience overall. There’s plenty of space for events, the rooms are spacious, and parking is good too. The rooms themselves are only average, though, and could use maintenance and better cleaning.

The property itself has a lot going for it: a great location, spacious rooms, a banquet hall, restaurant and lawns. The owners deserve thanks for building such a nice hotel in Buxar, but management needs to look after it better and maintain Aakrshak Heritage's standards. The lift service was horrible. The security guard seemed to be paid just to sit, with little attention to his duties. At reception, staff lacked basic manners, didn't greet guests and treated them in a very dismissive way. Housekeeping needs improvement too. Management should check the washroom by the lawns and the kitchen. Staff also need training and daily department briefings.

Apart from the building and grounds, there's little good to say about this hotel. Mosquitoes were everywhere, so it was impossible to sleep, and the beds and linens were extremely dirty. The whole place smelled bad. The washroom was like a public toilet. The water could stop at any time, and even after repeated complaints it still might not come back. To use the lift, you have to ask reception to turn it on because otherwise people say it isn't working.

There wasn't much choice of food, and they didn't even have dessert. I also wasn't impressed with the place overall, which I found not very entertaining. They should maintain the electrical appliances and improve the service.
