The staff were decent and tried to help, but Hotel Mirabel needs work on maintenance, cleanliness, room comfort, and especially the food. The meals I tried weren't satisfying, lacked freshness and flavor, and didn't meet expectations. That could be an issue if you want hygienic, tasty food. The rooms are basic and okay for a short stay, with acceptable size and layout, but the ambience feels dated and not very well maintained. I also found mosquitoes inside, which made evenings and nights uncomfortable. Better pest control and upkeep are needed. It's an okay quick stop for now, though improvements to the rooms and food would make it more comfortable.

The staff were courteous and cooperative, and they can arrange transportation on request. Food was good quality, and the spacious rooms were nicely maintained. The hotel is about 500 meter from Jajpur Keonjhar railway station, with pickup and drop offered there 24 hrs. I was satisfied with my stay.

For an affordable price, Hotel Mirabel gave me clean, spacious rooms and tasty food with plenty of options. The staff were especially polite and flexible about my requests. The high service quality and cleanliness made this a great value, and I had a wonderful stay in Jajpur.

The staff were rude and didn't honor what we'd agreed. We booked around 3am and negotiated for a 24 hour stay, with extra charges for any additional hours. But at checkout they wouldn't stick to their word and started behaving very rudely. It wasn't professional, and I wouldn't consider this a worthwhile place to stay.

The staff don't know how to behave, the food quality is very poor, and it was a total waste of money. Worst hotel in jajpur.
