The prices are a real plus here. Compared with other restaurants, Vej Restaurant gives you good value without skimping on taste. The vegetarian food is fresh, flavorful, and made with care, so it’s well worth a stop on a highway trip. Service was quick and courteous. The setting is clean and comfortable, though nothing fancy, which works well for a roadside place.

The Rajasthani-style interior gives this small restaurant a lot of character, and it’s arranged to feel spacious. The atmosphere was great, too. We got our food quickly, and the service was pleasant. The vegetarian platters and dishes were both tasty and healthy. It’s one of the finest vegetarian restaurants I’ve been to, and I’d recommend giving it a visit for a good meal and a nice time.

I’m sitting here now, and the food really isn’t very good. For the price, we expected better. The buttermilk and the lassi are both watery, and the Dal Baati Churma comes with just two small patties, not enough for one person.

This is a fully vegetarian place with the popular North Indian dishes. The Rajasthani selection is limited, though, and the food doesn’t have the authentic Rajasthan taste. The staff are courteous and the service is good. There’s more seating room than at many similar restaurants, and the dining hall can fit about 40 people at once. Parking is limited.
