Please stay away from this very bad hotel. The staff were bad, the rooms were poor quality, and the AC didn’t work. Please don’t book it.

Please don’t book this Hotel. It’s FAKE. When we got to Goa, nobody answered when we tried calling the Hotel number, so don’t waste your time. At the last minute, a local person helped us find Planet Goa Beach Resort. The rooms there were very good and clean, and the staff were very helpful. I’d recommend it if you’re planning to stay near Calangute Beach.

We got an offer at a reasonable rate, but when we arrived, we found out the hotel authorities make guests stay somewhere else. Whether that place turns out better or the worst cwr place in Goa is down to luck. They do provide AC, but it was weird that they didn’t provide a water bottle.

The owner’s attitude was trash. We’d been told at booking that the room had AC and the bathroom would have hot water all day. When we arrived to check in, nobody was at reception. The AC was there but had no remote, and we were told to switch it on at the wall. It ran all night with zero cooling. There was no hot water either. They said, “kal dhoop nahi nikli thi so solar panel work nahi kia,” but that was literally a lie. We’d spent the whole day in Goa under the tanning sunlight. After lots of requests, we were given an immersion rod. No complimentary water, soap, or towel. Worst stay. Don’t go.
