Poor room service was a big part of a very disappointing stay. Requests were delayed or ignored, and the room wasn’t properly maintained or up to basic hygiene standards. The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and sometimes quite rude, with no real hospitality or effort to address concerns. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Please don’t book it!

We had no power, and while other hotels were using generators, they told us their generators weren’t working. A very bad experience. Better avoid this place and choose somewhere else.

There were some unwanted visitors in the room, like roaches and a baby centipede. They weren’t harmful, but I definitely didn’t like seeing them.

The breakfast was unlimited, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, plus some healthy choices to start the day. The staff were polite and helpful and handled everything well, and the rooms were clean, hygienic, and well maintained. We visited Goa and stayed at this cottage, and it was a wonderful experience with excellent service. If you're planning a Goa trip, this cottage is worth trying!

The beach is very close, only 100 mts away, and there are plenty of other food hotels nearby. The resort has a swimming pool, regular hot water, AC, complimentary water, and breakfast. Rooms are hygienic, the staff are good, and it feels safe. The service was excellent. I recommend this hotel resort for families, couples, and individuals.
