We had a good stay and would like to visit again. It's a great location and, for a family stay, this is the best place. The rooms were tidy and clean, and all the electronics worked properly. They arranged cleaning when we asked.

The OWNER (ANAND) was rude and abusive, with no sense of how to talk to people. Parking caused trouble too: from the third day onward guards kept asking us for payment, even though we'd already paid the OWNER. We stayed four days, with a fresh problem each day. First they gave us a 1 bhk instead of the 2 bhk we'd booked. On day two we finally got the 2 bhk, but the electricity was cut off in just our room, I'm repeating, just our room. A really bad experience, and I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemies.

The kitchen was a mess and hygiene was compromised. There was no Wi-Fi in one particular room, and the Wi-Fi was very slow; the hall had no AC, while the bedrooms only had ½ ton AC. Electricity tripped regularly. Bedroom doors had no locks and bathroom doors had no latches. The owner wasn't on site, gave false hopes, and just kept saying yes to everything. The caretaker (Anand) was abusive toward our parents when we were five minutes late checking out. Zero humanity: he called three goons over the checkout. He just wants money, and had a setting with the watchmen to earn from parking charges and with the maid too. Very bad experience, I wouldn't suggest anyone visit. The pool was well maintained, and the rooms were clean, making Saldanha Kyle Gardens a peaceful, comfortable place to relax in Goa. The overall vibe was good, though service could vary at times.
