Calangute beach side hotel

Good people and a good location are why I’m giving it five stars. It’s not bad for the price, and the place was clean. But the service is very poor: apart from the beds, they literally give you nothing. They should at least have left towels in the room.

I paid the full amount in advance, but after the booking was made they told me there were no rooms available. This was the worst experience I’ve had here, and I feel they’ll scam you. Avoid staying here, there are plenty of other good options. Now you’re replying with lame excuses. Learn how to speak to customers before starting a hotel business. You have so many bad reviews for a reason. Be a good person first.

There was nobody at reception, and the reception staff were mostly rude. The toilet had no seat. The water tank was dirty, the furniture was waste, and there were no hangers in the room. The switches and regulator were broken, and the water taps were rusted.

The owner was extremely rude, and the property was as dirty as garbage. We saw garbage when we visited and said we didn’t want to stay, but he demanded a charge just for visiting and cried for money like a little boy. The swimming pool looked like a drain. Please don’t book or even visit this place, and don’t spoil your vacation here. Worst hotel owner I’ve ever seen.
