Mr. Alex Pinto and his family were really helpful. It's a quiet, calm guest house, and the beach is very close. The rooms are neat, clean, and good. Restaurants, general stores, bars, and other beaches are nearby too.

There are plenty of other good guest houses nearby, so I'd pick one of those for a better stay. This place has no Wi-Fi, and the TV isn't connected. They didn't provide towels or soap either. They also charged extra for breakfast, even though the website said it was complimentary.

The guest house is quiet and close to Candolim beach, about a five-minute walk, which helps make the price feel worthwhile. The rooms themselves are very basic, the TV connection doesn't work, the bedding is horrible, and room service and responses to feedback are very poor.

September 2017: It's a quaint little place with decent rooms, but the hosts weren't very cooperative. They seemed more focused than usual on getting their money than on guest comfort, especially for online bookings. Alex and Joel weren't very welcoming.

The owner was so cooperative, the room was clean, and car parking felt safe. It's a nice place within walking distance of the beach. I loved staying here and will come back.
