We paid in advance for one day, trusting the hotel's standards and hygiene, but what we found in the bathroom was shocking. It was extremely unhygienic, with vomit inside, which showed a lack of proper cleaning and management care. There were other issues too, and the staff responded unprofessionally and without sensitivity when we immediately asked for a refund. Cleanliness and basic hospitality are the least a hotel should provide, and this place failed at both. We weren't satisfied at all. I don't recommend it to anyone who cares about hygiene, comfort, or respectful treatment. Very disappointing.

The owner spoke harshly and was very rude. The rooms were extremely dirty, hygiene was terrible, and the bathroom flush didn't work. When we raised the problems, they refused a refund and told us to leave late at night. It was a very bad experience and felt unprofessional and unsafe. Not recommended.

We checked out and moved to another hotel. The rooms smelled bad and looked awful, ants were all around the bed, and the restroom had no proper water supply. This was one of the worst places to stay. Don't trust the positive reviews.

The only plus is that the beach is close. The rooms are really dirty, the AC doesn't work, there's no backup inverter, and there isn't any car parking. Owner Chaitalii Ghosh is very rude. I don't recommend staying here, you'll regret it.

Keshav da was a very good and helpful member of staff, and most of the staff are Bengali. The rooms are good, about a one-minute walk from Calangute beach and the bus stand.
